Rather than a traditional conference format, this is a round table style conversation, filmed before a small live audience in Oxford and streamed to an online audience around the world. It is designed to spark real dialogue rather than deliver hype, bringing together voices who understand both the UK business landscape and the diaspora communities shaping it
